Not an April Fools joke. Sources, including Little Hoolie’s facebook page,  report that Little Hoolie’s has been smoke-free since last weekend. Stuff has been cleaned up, there’s a new carpet, and benches are placed just outside the front doors for smokers. More upgrades to come.
